【摘要】:Thissectionalspecificationappliestofilmintegratedcircuitsandhybridfilmintegratedcircuits,manufacturedascataloguecircuitsorascustom-builtcircuitswhosequalityisassessedonthebasisofqualificationapproval.Theobjectofthisspecificationistopresentpreferredvaluesforratingsandcharacteristics,toselectfromthegenericspecificationtheappropriatetestsandmeasuringmethodsandtogivegeneralperformancerequirementstobeusedindetailspecificationsforfilmintegratedcircuitsandhybridfilmintegratedcircuitsderivedfromthisspecification.Theconceptofpreferredvaluesisdirectlyapplicabletocataloguecircuitsbutdoesnotnecessarilyapplytocustom-builtcircuits.Testseveritiesandrequirementsprescribedindetailspecificationsreferringtothissectionalspecificationareofequalorhigherperformancelevel,becauselowerperformancelevelsarenotpermitted.Associatedwiththisspecificationareoneormoreblankdetailspecifications,eachreferencedbyanIECnumber.Ablankdetailspecificationwhichhasbeencompletedasspecifiedin2.3ofthisspecificationformsadetailspecification.SuchdetailspecificationsareusedforthegrantingofqualificationapprovaloffilmintegratedcircuitsandhybridfilmintegratedcircuitsandqualityconformanceinspectioninaccordancewiththeIECQsystem.NOTE-Fortestprocedurestwoalternativesareavailable:methodAormethodB.However,itisnotpermittedtochangethemethodsbetweentestsofmethodA,respectivelyB.Ingeneral,methodAIsmoresuitableforpassive-componentbasedfilmintegratedcircuits,whereasmethodBismoreapplicabletosemiconductorintegratedcircuittechnologybasedfilmintegratedcircuits.
